One of the things that I first consider when I am planning on an adventure or travel is to plot it against my monthly period. I am lucky to have such a normal cycle of 28 days, but I still get dysmenorrhea monthly. Sometimes, it restricts me from doing things and I always get conscious how I move. But there are times when I get invited to events and travels and I just have to deal with the “disability”. Being a woman warrior that I am, I do not let my monthly period control me.
