Celebrating Women’s Wellness Month with Jeunesse Anion Napkin

The party  kicked  off  with  an   hour  of  morning  Ashtanga  yoga  session  with  teacher  Bubbles  Paraiso  that  proved  to  be  an   energizing  primer  for  the  program.

For  the  refuel  session  conducted  by  Philippine-US  registered  dietitian-­‐nutritionist  Cheshire   Que,  RND,  RN,  RDN, she shared which food to avoid during that time of the month- refined sugars, fatty foods, caffeine, processed foods, and salty foods. Instead, choose to refuel with the following: high in fiber, complex carbohydrates, lean protein, good fats, and probiotics.
